Born in Italy and with extensive experience in his country's traditional cuisine, he took over as head chef at the beginning of 2025. His focus is on providing our guests with unforgettable culinary experiences, carefully selecting every detail of the menu and conveying a sense of closeness, flavour and authenticity.
There is no corner of the house that Johana Díaz does not know... Our housekeeper is very young, but has a lot of experience and a flair for details. Whether in the rooms, common areas, laundry or storage areas, Casa León Royal Retreat is kept in perfect order and cleanliness. You can find her everywhere in the house and she greets you with her big smile.
Nadia Suárez combines her passion for wine and her extensive training in wine pairing with attentive and warm guest service, creating gastronomic experiences full of harmony and warmth. With her radiant smile, Nadia welcomes all our guests, who immediately feel at home.
From the technical room to the kitchen, the pool and the rooms, everything is in the expert hands of Victor Gonzalez Magnussen, our janitor. Nothing is too much work or too complicated for him to make sure your Casa León Royal Retreat is always in perfect condition.
